What are soft skills?

Characteristics, qualities, and other non-technical skills that facilitate collaboration and communication with others are known as soft skills. Certain soft skills may require study and learning, while others may come effortlessly to you. Soft talents include things like communication, delegating, and listening.

Hard skills, which are technical aptitudes like being able to code in Python, create a graph in Excel, or speak a foreign language, are the antithesis of soft talents. Soft talents are more challenging to quantify than hard abilities, which are easier to identify and assess. Yet, that doesn’t make them any less significant; in fact, if you don’t have solid communication skills, it will be tough for you to get past the first interview!
